Make memories, have fun and learn from an experienced Chef who'll teach you the authentic way how to make pasta with a Pinot in hand. Belissimo!
Starting from $160 per adult (inc GST, min 8 adults)* Monday - Saturday.
Each four-hour experience includes:
- Italian canapés upon arrival
- 2 hour hands-on pasta-making experience, covering five pasta shapes
- Demonstrations of two simple pasta sauces, including fresh ricotta
- Two glasses of locally produced Pinot Noir per person
- Fresh bread, and a shared salad
- Limoncello to conclude the meal
- Aprons for guests to keep
Our chef arrives an hour before the event to set up, provides all necessary equipment and ingredients, and ensures the kitchen is cleaned before departure. Additional options, such as adding kids under 18, Tiramisu, and Lamb Ragu, can be added for an extra fee up to 3 days prios to your experience.
